Teslak Commits to St. Lawrence University

Teslak earned the league's Defenseman of the Month honors for October.

Cornwall, Ontario - Defenseman for the Ontario Hockey Academy Tardiff Rachel Teslak (British Colombia, Canada) has committed to St. Lawrence University (NCAA DI - ECAC Hockey) for the fall of 2019. In 13 appearances this season, Teslak has contributed 12 points to her team's league leading 11-1-1 effort so far this season. Leading her team in helpers so far this season, Teslak's 8 assists also ties her for third in the league in the category. For her efforts in the month of October, Teslak earned the league's Defenseman of the Month honors. 

Teslak is the second player to make a college commitment this season and the first to make one to an NCAA Division I program. Congratulations to Teslak, we look forward to following your success. 

Rice Commits to Robert Morris University

Rice has scored 7 points so far this season.

Cornwall, Ontario - Ontario Hockey Academy Tardiff defenseman Wasyn Rice (Bristish Colombia, Canada) has committed to Robert Morris University (NCAA DI - CHA) for the fall of 2018. Over her 16 appearances with the Tardiff in 2017, Rice has scored 7 points, with 3 goals and 4 assists.

Rice is the third player to make a college commitment this season and is the second to commit an NCAA Division I institution. Congratulations to Rice, we look forward to following your success!

Meier Commits to the University of Calagary

Meier is leads her team in goals (9) and points (16) and is second in assists (7).

Conrwall, Ontario -- Forward Annaliese Meier (Manitoba, Canada) of the Ontario Hockey Academy Tardiff has committed to the University of Calagary for the 2018-19 season. Her commitment marks the first to a CIS university in the history of the EWHC. In 16 games so far this season, Meier has collected 16 points including four multi-point games. Her 16 points is tied for fourth most in the league in the category. Meier has certainly been a productive force for the Tardiff, leading her team in goals (9) and in points as well as second in assists (7).  Meier is the first player on her team as well as in the EWHC to make a college commitment this season. Congratulations to Meier, we look forward to following your success!
