Our experienced coaches and support staff provide the necessary guidance for student-athletes and their families to achieve their highest goals in both hockey and education.
At HTI, we are proud to identify as a hockey family. KRS is working to create a successful long-term development plan for women’s ice hockey in China as the nation prepares to host the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. Part of this plan includes the fielding of several Junior and Pro level teams under the direction of KRS Chairman Mintwell Wang, Chief Coach Digit Murphy, and her staff.

These teams will play in the most competitive leagues, including the EWHC and CWHL, and will work to develop the talent that will lead to medaling in the 2022 Olympics and beyond. The Junior team will be at home in New England while the Pro teams will be based in Shenzhen, China and all teams will fall under the overall direction of Chief Coach Digit Murphy.

We are excited to develop a great brand of hockey at all levels and to grow the sport of women’s ice hockey globally!

In 2014,  Joe and Bill added to the Northern Cyclones tradition with the addition of the Women’s Junior Hockey team. Since it’s establishment, the Cyclones have won three straight league Championships in 2014-2015, 2015-2016, and 2016-2017 and have won well over 100 games in the national spotlight. Joe continues to model the Women's Junior team after the Cyclones Men's teams, which have been the best program in New England since 2004.  In the past three years, the Cyclones have placed 27 women college hockey players with 9 of them competing at the Division 1 level. In 2015, the Cyclones also added a U16 Elite Full Season team that acts as a development team for the Women’s Junior hockey team. With Joe and Bill's dedication and vision, the Cyclones will be one of the Premier programs in the country for years to come.
